STATE OF DIVERSITY 2018 REPORT
In 2017, as I started working on issues of inclusion in social impact / international development, I was met with skepticism. Many believed that we because we worked in a "social" sector, we did not have the same issues as tech, finance and other more commercial sectors.
But we know that this isn't true. So, in order to help spark the necessary conversations, I worked with an amazing team to collect data and analyze diversity among leadership teams in global social impact (otherwise known as international development.)
What we found wasn't great.
